Conservapedia is a wiki-based web encyclopedia written from a viewpoint of American Conservative Christianity. Andrew Schlafly, the site's creator and son of conservative activist Phyllis Schlafly, stated that he founded the project because he felt Wikipedia had a liberal, anti-Christian, and anti-American bias. Anonymous edits are not permitted; only users logged in to registered accounts can make changes to articles. Conservapedia's editorial policies are guided by Conservapedia Commandments.

[edit] Andrew Schlafly’s blog

Andrew Schlafly controls the site making it effectively his blog. Users who refuse to agree with him or to pretend to agree with him a get blocked. He thinks progressive taxation which takes from the better off and helps the worse off is wrong. He thinks abortion is wrong but Universal Health Care which can stop babies dying after they are born is also wrong.

[edit] Viewpoints

Conservapedia articles support the Young earth creationism point of view. Conservapedia presents evolution as a scientific theory lacking support. Conservapedia's articles state that all kangaroos descend from a single pair that were taken aboard Noah's Ark. Another claim is that "Einstein's work had nothing to do with the development of the atomic bomb."
